Freelance Burger/Bar – Strapline/Concept/Copy

Brief:

To generate a strapline and advertising strategy. I came up with the simple idea of ‘burgers.beers.beats’. This encompassed what the whole venture was about and therefore took this concept forward with the advertising. By using familiar, yet intriguing song lyrics that were thought provoking, it created intrigue and was a massive talking point and topic of debate. It kicked off a whole Facebook conversation as people wondered what was “going down” And the fact it was an old Buffalo Springfield lyric created a talking point as some people thought the lyric was wrong due to a more recent remix of the song by Les Rhythm Digitales who changed the words. This only led to more debate and interaction online.
